Meet The Team
President
Rachel Dicke, PE
Rachel is a licensed professional engineer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in Structural engineering. Rachel began her career in 2009 and has 15 years of experience in Georgia, North Carolina and Ohio. She has experience in structural design, load rating and inspection of prestressed concrete and steel structures. Her experience also includes repair and rehabilitation projects for highway bridges and culverts as well as MSE retaining wall design. Rachel’s experience also extends to project management, quality control and assurance methods, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Principal Geotechnical Engineer
Chet Dicke, PE
Chet is a licensed professional civil engineer who specializes in geotechnical engineering. He has over 15 years of civil and geotechnical engineering and geotechnical construction experience in transportation related projects, utility companies, landfills and dams, and municipalities improvement projects. His engineering experience includes a wide range of tasks such as the development and execution of subsurface explorations, geotechnical evaluation and analysis, quality assurance oversight, construction oversight and performing detailed engineer construction cost estimates.
